Four Extra Activities for more opportunities to get together:
I) Outing to Cheung Chau Island: hiking and seafood
Date: Nov. 11, 2011 (Friday)
Time: 8:30am to around 3:00pm
Activities:
8:30am – 9:00am Meet at Central Ferry Pier ( detail TBA )
9:00am – 10:00am Ferry from Central to Cheung Chau
10:00am – 12:00pm Hiking in Cheung Chau Island
12:00pm – 1:30pm Lunch at seafood restaurant — tasteful and fresh seafood at reasonable price
1:30pm – 2:00pm Shopping near pier for souvenirs and 土產 of Cheung Chau
2:00pm – 3:00pm Ferry back to Central (those who want to stay longer can return at their own time)
* fee around $300 for seafood lunch. Fee does not include ferry toll.

II) BBQ and Hiking at 大美督 country side: 九担租村 in 烏蛟騰, near 鹿頸
Date: Nov. 13, 2011 (Sunday)
Time: 11:00am to 10:00pm
Activities:
11:30am – 1:00pm: lunch ( dim sum ) at Shamshuipao
those who want to skip lunch can join the group at 1:00pm at Shamshuipao outside
the restaurant.
1:00pm – 2:00pm take chartered coach to site. A 10-15 minute walk is required
2:00pm – 6:00pm: FREE TIME: do whatever you like — hiking, chatting, ….. even
drinking. A very exciting hiking route is available right next to it.
The hiking is mostly on flat ground, easy even for beginners, good for photo-taking!!
( bottled water will be provided before start of the walk )
It will take 3 to 3-1/2 hours to finish. Don’t miss it!!
For those who prefer a less exhausted exciscise, we can arrange a shorter walk for
1 to 1-1/2 hour!!!!
Friendly reminder: for those who hikes, please bring along your rubber shoes,
6:00pm – 9:00pm: BBQ and a lot of drinks
9:00pm – 10:00pm take coach back to Shatin MTR station ( for N.T. east classmates ) or Tsim Sha Tsui
MTR station ( for Kowloon and Island side classmates )
* fee under $200 for food, drink ( excluding wine which drinkers will bring and share ) and transportaion.

Day 1
Meet at Starbuck Cafe, Shun Tak Center, Sheung Wan ( Hong Kong Macau Ferry Terminal ) at 7:45am
Lunch at Aurora in Macau
Dinner at 李康記海鮮酒家.

Day 2
Breakfast at the hotel – City Tour in Zhuhai – Sea food cuisine at Zhuhai Sea Food Street
( 珠海湾仔海鲜街) – Take a view of 橫琴島 ( 未來特區中的特區) – Shopping at factory outlets
in Zhongshan on the way to Shunde ( Optional) – Visit 孫中山先生故居 – Check in Shunde
Jiaxin Conifer Hotel or Shunde Sheraton Hotel –Dinner at 大良 順峰山莊 or 龍的酒樓 for local
specialty cuisine – Shopping at 順德大良步行街 after dinner.- 享受健康足浴（ optional & extra
cost ）
Day 3
Breakfast at the Hotel – Visit 清暉園 (嶺南亭園雅致古樸風格，廣東四大名園之一) – Taste
local snacks especially 雙皮奶 at 仁信老店 etc..- Visit 順德 陳村花卉世界 – Lunch at 黃但記 for 陳村粉 and other Shunde local specialty food – Visit 順德 杏壇 逢簡村 – Shopping at
十九湧海味街 （optional ）– Goose meal dinner at 中山 民眾三墩村 – Return to Zhuhai for ferry to Hong Kong.
Price for 3 Day Tour: $3,300 ( for single room accomodation $3,900 )
The price covers transportation costs ( including ferry tickets to Macao and from Zhuhai ), meal costs , entry fees for tourist spots and hotel accommodation.
Costs for visas, travelling insurance and optional entertainment are extra.
Optional 1 Day Tour: $1,200 ( Macau only, return after dinner to Hong Kong, return ferry ticket included )
